How We Got Here—and Where We’re Headed
Ecceit is a new name for work that has been running a long time. Since 2011, this team has designed and delivered strategic initiatives for organisations where the cost of being wrong is measured in regulators, headlines and human lives: banks, aviation, consulting, universities, telcos, and businesses across six continents.
2011
Ecceit's automation platform is built
The automation platform enables an algorithmic engine, including machine learning, that began the journey towards our current agentic AI solutions.
2018
Ecceit's LXP is launched
Ecceit's first point solution is launched- AI Unlox - a learning experience platform with a proprietary algorithm that finds and closes each person's learning gaps, built for large and complex businesses.
2025
Advisory team expands
The pattern across engagements had become impossible to ignore. Clients did not just need learning solutions. They needed judgement before the build: which problems were worth solving, what their data could actually support, and how to adopt AI without creating exposure their board had never signed for.
2026
The Ecceit brand is born
The worlds first enterprise-grade autonomous automation platform is launched under the Ecceit name. Ecceit adds an orchestration layer that deploys agentic AI on top of any technology.

Chartered Accountant, senior leader, adviser and governor across six industries. Grant spent a career watching organisations underuse what they already knew, and built Ecceit to close the gap between a company's intelligence and its decisions.

Doctorate in strategy and finance, Chartered Accountant, 25 years across analytics and AI in regulated industries. Juan spent a career watching AI produce impressive noise and thin results, and built Ecceit's methodology to make it deliver measured outcomes, with a human holding the judgement.
